When ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Oh My Golly Gosh containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will attempt to send your goods via post within 3-5 working days; however if goods are unavailable we will notify you if there are any delays. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All items will be delivered by Australia Post. We do deliver to P.O. Boxes but recommend a work address if it is more convenient as parcels may be sent via registered post and will require a signature on delivery.
Oh My Golly Gosh cannot be held responsible for goods delayed or lost by Australia Post, however we will do our very best to ensure that your items are delivered safely and efficiently.
A flat rate of $9.90 will apply for all orders under $100 within Australia, unless stated via promotions directly distributed by Oh My Golly Gosh. Free shipping will apply on all orders over $100 within Australia.
Where applicable, your Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been sent.

At Oh My Golly Gosh, we pride ourselves on stocking high quality clothing and accessories as well as being committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive one of our products and it is faulty, we will gladly refund your purchase if you simply return it to us within 7 days in the condition it came in. This means that the item is unworn and in original packaging with tags still attached.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
Oh My Golly Gosh will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you chose not to insure.
This policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
If you purchase a product and it is not suitable, we will happily exchange sizes and/or colour provided it is in stock. If the same product is unavailable for exchange, we will offer a credit in exchange for another product available on our website.
The conditions are that your items must be exchanged within 1 month of the purchase date.
We will only accept items for exchange (including non sale items) if they are returned as new, which means unworn and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Under no circumstances will we accept items without their tags.
We strongly advise that customers thoroughly check all garments upon receipt of the goods before removing any tags and before disposing any original packaging.
